At PhotoBooker, we are dedicated to connecting talented photographers with clients who are looking for their next photographer. When you begin uploading the images in your portfolio, you’ll need to follow our image requirements to ensure that the uploading process goes without a hitch!
Follow these guidelines when submitting your portfolio for your chosen photography genre:
- Each portfolio must have a minimum of 10 images
- Each portfolio can have no more than 40 images
- Images cannot be larger than our maximum file size of 36MB
- Images must correlate to the photography genre selected
- Images cannot be watermarked
- Images cannot violate our Terms of Service
Additional Standards for Approval:
In addition to following these guidelines, you’ll also want to display your best images by making sure your images are sharp, well-lit, and artistically composed. By submitting images that follow all of these guidelines, your portfolio will be sure to catch the attention of your future clients!
To help you better understand how we review your PhotoBooker profile, we have included some examples of what may prevent your portfolio from approval.
Over-Edited Images
Blurry, or Out of Focus Images
Images containing watermarks or added text
Images that are not well-composed
Images with harsh light or dark shadows
Flat images, or images that lack artistic depth of field
Images that are not properly exposed
What can I do if my Portfolio was not Approved?
While we welcome photographers with a variety of experience, we can only accept photographers who display professional-quality portfolios. If you were not approved, we encourage you to review our standards and try again in the future! Our Support Team will always be happy to help guide you on making decisions for your portfolio. We encourage you to reach out to them here.
