Cancelling your Photo Session
If you have recently booked your photo session within the last 24 hours, you can request a cancellation and receive a full refund. To proceed with cancellation, simply reach out to our Customer Support Team and we'll gladly take care of this request. Once cancelled, you can expect to receive a refund within 2-10 business days.
Modifying your Photo Session
If you'd like to choose another location, or make any changes to the details of your photo session, just let us know! Our Customer Support Team can make the necessary updates as long the requested changes are still within the photographer's schedule and travel radius.
Weather Delays or Unforeseen Circumstances
Sometimes Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate, and things happen beyond our control. Not to worry! We recommend reaching out to your photographer or our Customer Support Team to request a schedule change. Once agreed upon by you and your photographer, we'll update your photo session to reflect any changes!
